One of my goals is to help provide you with education and products for your individual skin type and condition. There are many factors that go into determining the products that I select for my clients. When purchasing a skin care product online or in a store where you cannot receive advice from a licensed professional you are taking the chance that the product may not be correct for you.  I want you to be happy with your skin care routine and to truly achieve the goals that we have set. Unfortunately, there are a lot of skin care fads on social media and sales goals to be met at larger chain cosmetic stores that can keep you from the healthy, happy skin you’re looking for.

Consulting with me, a licensed esthetician, allows us to form a relationship based on integrity and trust.  I will listen to your needs and goals, and from there create a customized treatment routine. As your skin changes with the seasons, so will the products I select for your kit.  I will take the guess work out of your skincare routine and know you will be happy with the results you see.

Can I still get a facial at a Spa?

Absolutely! Nothing can replace the relaxing experience that comes from getting a facial service in a spa setting.  I recommend that my clients using the Radiant Glow Weekly Treatment Kit receive 2 in spa facial services per year. Visiting a spa allows you access to an esthetician who can use more advanced tools and products that you can’t get at home. The end of winter and the end of summer are the best times to schedule these bi-annual in spa treatments.

So all I have to do is this treatment once a week and my skin will be perfect, right?

Nope! While these weekly treatments can feel like a miracle at times, taking care of your face is like brushing your teeth, it needs to be done twice a day, every day! Your face will look and feel refreshed after your treatment, but in order to maintain this you must keep up with your daily skincare routine. I suggest in the morning washing with a gentle cleanser, applying a toner to re-balance your skins ph, a treatment serum if you need one, and an appropriate moisturizer with spf. For the evening, I suggest using an cleanser that will help to break down any makeup or oils you have collected through the day, a toner to re-balance your skins ph, a treatment serum if you need one, and a moisturizer with no spf. *We will discuss appropriate products for your skin during our consultation.*

But I don’t know how to do a facial treatment!

Don’t worry a bit (it gives you wrinkles)! Once you sign up you will have access to video tutorials that will guide you step by step through the treatment. With only a few easy steps, learning this treatment will be a breeze! I suggest skimming through the video before you start, that way if you have any questions you can reach out to us before you begin.

What happens if I have a reaction to the product?

If you skin begins to burn, sting, or turn red remove the product right away with cold water. Do not continue with the treatment, and contact us to let us know. Sometimes very dry and dehydrated skin can be sensitive to new products, so give it a try, and reach out with any concerns. 

What if I have an allergic reaction to the products?

When you fill out your skin care consultation form, prior to check out, you are asked to disclose any and all known allergies. But there are circumstances where you have a reaction to something your skin has not been exposed to before. Discontinue use of all products and contact us as soon as possible. *Note Nolia Mabel is not liable for unknown or undisclosed allergic reactions*

Is it ok to start this before a special occasion like my wedding, or family photos?

Do not change anything drastic about your skincare routine any sooner than 6 months before a special occasion. If you are preparing for something please let us know in your skin care consultation form, so we may best advise you going forward. 

Will I have the same results as all your other members?

The wonderful thing about us is that we are all different. That is what makes Nolia Mabel LLC so unique. We look at you as an individual, with very specific needs. Results are never cookie cutter or guaranteed, and could take a different amount of time for each person. We are open and honest during this whole process, and make sure to explain the meaning of realistic expectations. 

What do you mean by realistic expectations?

I use this phrase to set members up for success, and avoid disappointment. If your goal is to look 30 years younger, or look like a doctored photo, we will discuss why that is not possible. Nolia Mabel LLC provides treatments and products hoping to improve the look and feel of your skin. Education and communication are important, and I am here to guide you in finding love for your skin and yourself. 

Can I get a refund?

Because this treatment kit has been specially designed for you, it is non refundable. You do have the option to change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. If you have questions about the product please contact us, so we may guide you to an answer.
